It's my mum's birthday today :)

This very special day was marked by a birthday roast - my first attempt, that is.





The medley of leek, zucchini, potatoes, and onions was such a pretty sight!

I realised that roasting can be a rather long process, but the smiles around the dinner table made it all worthwhile :)
